What Is Net Promoter Score?
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric used to measure customer loyalty and satisfaction. The NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters, resulting in a score that ranges from -100 to +100. A high NPS i.e. towards +100 indicates that a company has a strong base of loyal customers who are likely to recommend the brand to others whereas a score towards -100 indicates we have to work more on strengthening our customer's experience.
